Placements24 is seeking a talented Remote Software Developer (Full Stack) to join a distributed engineering team. The role is fully remote, allowing you to design, develop, and maintain robust web applications across the full stack from anywhere.

You will work with frontend and backend technologies, design and consume RESTful APIs, and collaborate with a global team to deliver scalable solutions in a remote-first environment. A strong track record in full-stack development is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Eng or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional full-stack web development experience.
• Experience with at least one modern front-end framework and RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and its associated ecosystem.
• Strong experience with back-end development languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django, Java/Spring, Ruby on Rails).
• Solid understanding of database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and data modeling.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• A portfolio of previous projects or contributions to open-source is a plus.
