Placements24 is seeking a talented Social Media & Content Creator to join our online retailer partner in Rustenburg. This remote role focuses on digital storytelling, engaging customers, and driving brand awareness across social platforms.

You will develop a content calendar, produce visuals and copy, monitor trends, and collaborate with the marketing team to boost engagement and sales while delivering high-quality content with a consistent brand voice.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of engaging social media content, demonstrating variety across platforms.
• Excellent visual and written communication with a strong storytelling ability.
• Experience with Canva, Photoshop and basic video editing tools.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant channels.
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple projects with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, create, and publish content for social media channels.
• Develop and manage a social media content calendar with a consistent brand voice.
• Monitor trends and engage with the audience across platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing to align social content with campaigns and promotions.
• Track performance using analytics and report on engagement, reach and traffic.
