Responsibilities

• Develop, create, and schedule engaging content (graphics, videos, written posts) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent and relevant flow of information aligned with marketing campaigns and brand messaging.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience feedback to identify new content opportunities and engagement tactics.
• Analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports on key metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute innovative social media campaigns and initiatives.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
