Placements24 is seeking an experienced Social Media Campaign Manager to join our growing online retail team. This remote-friendly role is based in Klerksdorp, North West, and offers the flexibility to work nationwide while delivering high-impact campaigns for our diverse product catalog.

You will conceptualize campaigns, manage execution across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, analyze performance, and optimize ROI.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media campaign management, preferably in e-commerce.
• Proven track record of planning and executing impactful campaigns across platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of social platforms, advertising tools, and analytics.
• Experience with budget management and ROI analysis.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, plan, and execute end-to-end social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Develop campaign briefs, creative concepts, and content strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
• Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
• Oversee content creation, including copywriting, visual assets, and video production for campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance in real-time, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
• Analyze campaign data, generating comprehensive reports on key metrics and insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, design) to ensure campaign alignment and execution.
• Manage relationships with external agencies or partners as needed for campaign execution.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform features, and campaign best practices.
• Ensure all campaigns comply with brand guidelines and relevant regulations.
