Job summary

Assist World is seeking an SEO & Content Creation Assistant to support client online presence across websites and social media. You will assist with SEO tasks, create blog content, and manage content in WordPress and Shopify while producing social content for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.

You will collaborate with the Creative Lead to maintain brand voice and visual identity, ensuring readability and engagement across lifestyle footage-driven content.

Qualifications

• Experience using SEO software and tools.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills for TikTok/Reels content.
• Experience using Canva for social media content creation.
• Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest trends.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently while following creative direction.
• Good written communication and basic content writing/editing skills.
• Experience using project management tools such as Asana.

Responsibilities

• SEO Content Support: keyword optimisation, on-page SEO updates, and SEO-friendly blog content.
• Upload and manage website content in WordPress and Shopify.
• Support content optimisation using SEO software and tools and keyword research.
• Review content for readability, consistency, and quality.
• Monitor website performance via Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Assist with ongoing content scheduling and content refreshes in Asana.
• Social Media Content Creation: create posts for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest; design visually appealing content; edit short-form videos.
• Adapt content to platform formats and follow brand guidelines.
