Qualifications

5+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
Proven track record of sourcing passive candidates.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Source, screen, and interview qualified technical candidates for a wide range of roles.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networks and databases.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, understanding technical requirements.
Manage the recruitment process from initial engagement to offer and onboarding.
Nurture a pipeline of passive candidates for hard-to-fill positions.
Stay up-to-date with tech trends and recruitment best practices.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the journey.
Track recruitment metrics and report progress and outcomes.
