You will guide performance, drive innovation, and manage critical functions remotely to enable scalable growth.

The role demands a Master's degree, 10+ years in operations, and a track record of strategic planning and cross‑functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing distributed teams.
• Proven track record in strategic planning and execution of large-scale operational initiatives.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience is desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in advanced analytics and ERP systems.
