Requirements

Proven experience as a Nanny, Early Childhood Educator, or similar role, with a focus on remote or virtual assistance. Demonstrated expertise in early childhood development and age-appropriate curriculum design. Excellent understanding of child psychology and behavior management techniques. Proficiency in using video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) and other digital learning platforms. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex educational concepts clearly. High level of empathy, patience, and a genuine love for working with children. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain strict confidentiality. A reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace are essential. Background checks and professional references will be required. Certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly desirable.
