Job summary

Brandtech+ is seeking a Senior Motion Graphics Designer to collaborate with offshore teams on a long‑term contract. You will deliver 2D animations, graphics, and edits for global brands, from concept through final execution, including social assets and TVC cutdowns.

The role requires a strong motion graphics and editing background, proficiency in Adobe CC, a showreel, and experience with social media content. Remote work applies, with fast-paced multi‑client responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong background in motion graphics and editing, including grading and sound design.
• Experience in 2D animation from concept development, storyboarding to final execution.
• Knowledge or experience with Social Media projects is desirable.
• Worked on FMCG or global brands with 3+ years of experience and a showreel.
• Role is fast-paced and involves multiple projects and clients.

Responsibilities

• Work on projects from start to finish, collaborating across teams on ideation, creation, and implementation.
• Produce motion graphics and editing work with clear rationale to accompany the output.
• Be a brand guardian and hands-on team player.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Utilize existing assets and stock imagery to create current content.
• Stay up to date with current design trends and social content best practices for mobile first.
• Create 2D animations, motion graphics, explainer videos, GIFs, and related assets.
• Direct and mentor junior designers; participate in reviews and feedback.
• Lead discussions with Creative Director on motion ideas and project scoping.
