Job summary
IQVIA is seeking a Senior Manager Content Delivery to oversee end-to-end data management for global clinical trials. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure quality and timeliness, and drive process improvements while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Ideal candidates have 10+ years in clinical data management, with 5+ years in a lead role, and strong experience with Medidata Rave or Oracle InForm. This is a fully remote role with company equipment provided.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, health, clinical, biological, or mathematical field.
- 10+ years of direct clinical data management experience, with 5+ years in a Lead role.
- Experience with global trials (1000+ patients) and leading cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with GCP/ICH and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data management delivery for global clinical trials from start to database lock.
- Serve as main client contact for DM deliverables.
- Oversee data reconciliation and database deployment.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Mentor junior staff and drive process improvements.
