You will oversee a portfolio of critical technology projects, guiding teams, managing integrations, and ensuring robust, secure, scalable solutions across the financial sector.

This senior role requires 10+ years in project management, deep fintech knowledge, and PMP/Prince2 certification. A Master's degree is highly advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, especially in financial services tech.
• Proven track record leading large, high-risk technology programs in finance.
• Strong knowledge of fintech regulations and security standards.
• Experience managing remote or distributed teams.
• PMP or Prince2 certification is required.
• Master's degree is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of a portfolio of technology projects within the financial services domain.
• Manage project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and oversight to ensure high performance and successful delivery.
• Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation for all assigned projects.
• Ensure compliance with strict financial regulations, data security standards, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and vendor partners to define project requirements and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes and methodologies.
