About the Role

Our client, a premier provider of professional lash extension services and products, is seeking an experienced Remote Senior Lash Technician & Educator to join their expanding virtual education team. This fully remote position allows you to leverage your extensive skills and knowledge to train and mentor lash artists from anywhere in South Africa. You will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive online training programs, tutorials, and workshops focused on advanced lashing techniques, product knowledge, client consultation, and safety protocols. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled lash artist with a passion for education and a keen eye for detail. You should possess a deep understanding of various lash extension methods (e.g., classic, volume, mega volume), adhesives, and materials, as well as current industry trends. This role demands excellent communication, teaching abilities, and the capacity to create engaging digital content. Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive online training courses and workshops for aspiring and experienced lash technicians.

• Provide virtual one-on-one coaching and mentorship, offering constructive feedback and technical guidance.
• Stay current with the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in the eyelash extension industry.
• Collaborate with the product development and marketing teams to create effective training materials for new products and techniques.
• Ensure all educational content adheres to the brand's strict quality standards and safety guidelines.
• Maintain and impart a thorough understanding of proper sanitation, sterilization, and client safety protocols.
• Engage with the online lash community, sharing expertise and fostering a supportive learning environment.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance analysis, recommending improvements.
• Manage time effectively to balance content creation, live virtual sessions, and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• A recognized certification or qualification as a Lash Technician.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Senior Lash Technician, with a demonstrated history in training or education.
• Expertise in multiple lash extension techniques (e.g., classic, hybrid, volume, mega volume).
• Thorough knowledge of lash anatomy, growth cycles, adhesives, and styling principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering clear and inspiring instruction virtually.
• Proven experience in creating video content and facilitating online training sessions.
• Proficiency with video conferencing platforms and digital content creation software.
• A strong passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to mentoring and elevating lash artists.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Must be legally authorized to work remotely in South Africa .
