Job summary

NOSWEAT.CO.ZA is seeking an experienced Senior Designer/Artworker & High-End Retoucher for a premium global brand campaign. You will own design, artwork and retouching, creating master visuals and adapting them across OOH, DOOH, print, digital and social formats.

The role requires expert Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign skills, with a portfolio demonstrating sophisticated retouching and layout craft. Fully remote freelance engagement with fixed project scope.

Qualifications

• Senior-level design and artwork experience in an agency, studio or production environment.
• Proven ability to build master key visuals, not just adapt finished art.
• Strong retouching, compositing and production-ready output.

Responsibilities

• Design and build master key visuals from direction and photography.
• Retouch, composite and manipulate photography to high professional standard.
• Clean up imagery with refined lighting, colour and texture.
• Adapt artwork across formats, sizes, channels and markets.
• Produce accurate production-ready artwork for print and digital.
