Qualifications

• Admitted to the High Court of SA with ≥6 years in commercial litigation.
• Proven track record in managing and resolving complex commercial disputes.
• Strong written and oral advocacy, plus ability to work remotely and independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex commercial litigation matters independently.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlements.
• Develop case strategies and advise clients on outcomes and risks.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel remotely.
• Collaborate with remote colleagues to ensure seamless client service.
