Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in civil engineering design and project management.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is required.
• Expertise in civil design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, and other relevant tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects remotely and lead virtual teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, and drainage systems.
• Perform detailed engineering calculations, analysis, and simulations using specialized software.
