Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a qualified Beauty Therapist with expertise in multiple modalities.
• Experience in a supervisory or coordinating role within a spa/salon.
• Strong knowledge of skincare, anatomy, physiology and product ingredients.
• Excellent organization, time management and multitasking for remote coordination.
• Exceptional customer service and virtual client communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced beauty treatments (facials, body treatments, waxing, massage).
• Coordinate all client appointments and bookings for efficient scheduling.
• Provide personalized consultations, treatment recommendations and follow-up support.
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation protocols in treatment areas.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior therapists.
