Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth virtual skin consultations via video calls, assessing client concerns, skin types, and aesthetic goals.
• Develop personalized skincare routines, treatment recommendations, and product suggestions tailored to individual client needs.
• Provide expert advice on advanced aesthetic treatments, including understanding their indications, contraindications, and expected outcomes.
• Educate clients on proper skincare techniques, ingredient efficacy, and lifestyle factors influencing skin health.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, tracking progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and scientific advancements in aesthetic dermatology and beauty treatments.
• Collaborate with the product development and marketing teams to provide insights into client needs and market trends.
• Offer support and guidance to clients throughout their skincare journey, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Manage and respond to client inquiries received through various digital platforms in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience as a licensed Aesthetician or highly experienced Beauty Therapist with a strong focus on medical-grade skincare and treatments.
• Relevant certifications in advanced aesthetic techniques, cosmetic science, or dermatology.
• Exceptional knowledge of skin physiology, common skin conditions, and treatment modalities.
• Proven ability to conduct effective virtual consultations and build rapport with clients remotely.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and empathy skills.
• Proficiency in using video conferencing software and CRM systems.
• A strong understanding of beauty product ingredients and formulations.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage workload independently in a remote setting.
• Must be based within South Africa to adhere to local operational requirements and client base.
