As Customer Retention Consultant at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years in SDR/BDR role or equivalent.
• Experience with outbound outreach tools and platforms.
• Ability to personalize outreach at scale.
• Familiar with Salesforce/SalesLoft for CRM and sequencing.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
