Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As Telesales Consultant at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This is not about spamming a list. It is thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition and smart communication, using tools like LinkedIn Sales

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years in SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS preferred.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Experience with outbound tools: Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
• Experience with Salesforce and pipeline management.
• Grit, curiosity and coachability.

Mansioni

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
