Job summary

Blacksmith Agency in South Africa is hiring Sales Development Representatives who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. Qualifications

2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role or SaaS/agency experience is a plus.
Ability to craft personalized outreach and strong written communication.
Familiarity with outbound outreach tools and CRM ownership.
Experience using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
