Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar, preferably in an agency or SaaS environment.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Experience with outbound tools and databases for prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback with sales team.
