Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As Contact Centre Agent, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This is not about spamming a list, but thoughtful outreach and high-quality touches using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience is preferred.
• Ability to write clearly and tailor outreach messages.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and maintaining pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
