Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel—researching, sourcing, and booking meetings with qualified decision makers. You will create the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients, using thoughtful outreach rather than mass spamming.

You will work with tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality touches.

Formación

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
