You will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, presenting Blacksmith Agency to potential clients with thoughtful outreach.

The role emphasizes pattern recognition, smart communication, and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high touch

Competenze

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role.
• Agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
