Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Sales Development Representative across South Africa who is hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This is not about spamming a list; it is thoughtful outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in SDR/BDR role
• Strong written communication
• Familiar with outbound tools: Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo
• Proficient in Salesforce and pipeline management
• Gritty, curious and coachable

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts across South Africa
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team
