Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar
• Experience with outbound outreach and building contact lists
• Ability to craft personalized outreach and maintain high-quality communications

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team
