Qualifications

2 years in SDR/BDR or similar role; SaaS or agency experience is a plus.
Strong written communication with ability to personalise outreach.
Familiarity with outbound tools such as Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
Gritty, curious and coachable mindset.

Responsibilities

Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
Craft and execute personalised outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
Test messaging and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
