• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.

• Excellent written communication and persistence.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP; identify decision makers.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean Salesforce and SalesLoft records; update pipelines.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and share feedback with sales team.
