2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role.
Agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
Strong written communication & ability to personalize outreach.
Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo & ZoomInfo.
Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
Test messaging, optimize targeting, and provide feedback to the team.
