• Minimum 2 years in SDR/BDR or similar role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Experience using outbound tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Comfortable managing own Salesforce pipeline.
• Grit, curiosity and coachability.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
