Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, preferably in SaaS or agencies.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiar with outbound tools and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts in SA using ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
