Qualifications

Experience in B2B sales, with quota attainment encouraged.
2 years in SDR/BDR or similar role, agency or SaaS a plus.
Strong written communication with personalized outreach.
Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
Gritty, curious, and coachable.

Responsibilities

Source and research ideal accounts across SA.
Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
Test messaging and optimize targeting with sales team.
