Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Sales Development Representative across South Africa who is hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This is a remote role in South Africa with a full-time commitment. You will work with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR or similar role.
• Agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Ability to personalize outreach and write well.
• Familiar with outbound tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
