As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will own the top of the funnel—researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and presenting Blacksmith to potential clients.

This role emphasizes thoughtful outreach over blasting lists, using tools like LinkedIn, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality touches.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools: Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
