Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role or similar; agency or SaaS experience preferred.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and building targeted lists.
• Comfortable using CRM and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
