Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As Direct Sales Agent at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus
• Strong written communication with ability to personalise outreach
• Familiarity with outbound tools and CRM software
• Willingness to work remotely across South Africa

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalised outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimise targeting with the sales team.
