Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar, agency or SaaS experience preferred.
• Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach.
• Comfortable using outbound tools and managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
