• 2+ years in SDR/BDR or related role.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and quota.
• Strong written communication and personalization.
• Familiar with Salesforce and pipeline management.

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and run personalized sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
