You will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing, and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

This role emphasizes thoughtful outreach using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality touches.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication with the ability to personalize outreach.
• Experience with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Familiar with Salesforce and managing your pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
