Qualifications

• - 2 years in SDR/BDR with quota.
• - B2B sales experience preferred.
• - Strong written communication and outreach personalization.
• - Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• - Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• - Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts and ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
