Qualifications

B2B sales experience with quota ownership.
2 years in SDR/BDR role in SaaS or agency preferred.
Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach.
Experience using outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
Proactive, coachable and results-driven.

Responsibilities

Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
