Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative to open doors across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers, and craft personalized sequences to book discovery calls for our Account Executives.

You will manage your pipeline in Salesforce and SalesLoft, leveraging tools like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo and ZoomInfo to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality outreach.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role (agency or SaaS experience a plus).
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
