Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control, sanitation, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and relevant health and safety regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and reports accurately.
• Proficient in using digital tools for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Conduct remote reviews and analysis of sanitation inspection reports and audit findings from various locations.
• Identify deviations from established cleaning and hygiene protocols and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain a database of quality control metrics and performance trends.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback and guidance to on-site cleaning staff and supervisors through virtual communication channels.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, regulations, and emerging trends in sanitation and hygiene.
• Assist in the development and delivery of remote training materials on quality standards.
