Placements24 seeks an expert Remote Sanitation Policy Advisor to develop and refine cleaning and sanitation standards across the company’s global operations. This fully remote role requires deep knowledge of public health, hygiene practices, and regulatory compliance to protect workers and communities.

You will research, draft, and implement policies, create SOPs, and train staff remotely, influencing stakeholders from a distance.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Public Health, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Experience developing sanitation, hygiene, or public health policies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate research into actionable policies.
• Proficiency with remote collaboration technologies.

Responsibilities

• Research best practices and regulatory changes in sanitation and public health.
• Develop, update SOPs and sanitation policies.
• Guide operational teams on implementing sanitation protocols remotely.
• Create remote training materials and conduct sessions.
• Monitor policy compliance and advise on corrective actions.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
