About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and organized Remote Sanitation Coordinator to oversee and manage sanitation operations from a distance for facilities in and around George . This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure that all sanitation standards are met remotely. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing sanitation protocols, coordinating with on-site teams, and monitoring compliance through various digital platforms. This is a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to contribute to operational excellence without the need for on-site presence, supporting a culture of health and safety across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive sanitation policies and procedures for all assigned facilities.
• Coordinate with on-site cleaning staff and facility managers to ensure adherence to schedules and standards.
• Utilize digital tools and platforms to monitor cleaning activities, track inventory, and generate reports.
• Conduct virtual inspections and assessments of sanitation levels, identifying areas for improvement.
• Provide training and guidance to remote and on-site teams on best practices in hygiene and sanitation .
• Manage the procurement and distribution of sanitation supplies and equipment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sanitation management , facility management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using digital communication and project management tools (e.g., Slack, Asana, G Suite).
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and cleaning best practices.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further certification is a plus.
