About the Role

Our client, a global leader in hygiene solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Sanitation Compliance Specialist. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute from anywhere. The specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring sanitation compliance programs across various client sites, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and regulatory standards. This role requires a deep understanding of sanitation principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and train remotely. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness and safety for our diverse clientele, driving excellence through remote oversight and strategic guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sanitation compliance strategies and protocols for remote oversight.
• Conduct virtual audits and assessments of client facilities to ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
• Provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients on sanitation best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Develop training materials and deliver virtual training sessions to client staff on sanitation procedures.
• Analyze compliance data, identify trends, and report on the effectiveness of sanitation programs.
• Stay abreast of evolving sanitation regulations and industry standards, updating programs as necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve compliance issues.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all compliance activities and client interactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Public Health, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sanitation, hygiene management, or compliance, preferably with remote oversight experience.
• In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, cleaning chemicals, regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EPA, OSHA), and best practices across various industries.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams) and data management software.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
