Key Responsibilities
  • Make 80–120+ outbound calls per day to engage potential leads across various industries.
  • Research, identify, and qualify prospects using platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo, or ZoomInfo.
  • Use CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage and track outreach activities.
  • Book qualified meetings and demos for account executives.
  • Nurture early-stage leads and handle objections professionally.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
  • Deliver consistent results and exceed monthly KPIs.
  • 1-2+ years of outbound SDR experience (B2B preferred).
  • Proven ability to make high-volume calls and convert prospects into qualified meetings.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead engagement tools.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
  • Experience working across multiple industries (SaaS, Tech, Digital Marketing, etc.) is a plus.
  • Based anywhere in South Africa, with stable internet and professional remote setup.
