A fast-growing solicitors firm is seeking a Remote Residential Property Conveyancer who specializes in Property Law. You will work in a busy team, handling all legal matters surrounding property transactions. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience, excellent communication skills, and an ability to integrate legal technology effectively into the department. This role offers a competitive salary of R30 000 - R35 000 per month.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working within a busy residential conveyancing team as an established Fee Earner.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of legal technology in a conveyancing department.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the Case Management Workflow and Key Stages.
• Completing tasks within defined timescales to meet Service Level Agreements.
• Providing legal guidance and support to clients.
