Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of project management experience in product development or NPI.
• Proven experience with hardware or software product development cycles.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills for remote teams.
• Experience with PLM software is a plus.
