About the Role

Our client, a leading innovator in the manufacturing technology space, is currently seeking a highly analytical and self-motivated Remote Production Systems Analyst . The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our client's production systems and processes through in-depth data analysis and system evaluation. You will be instrumental in identifying inefficiencies, recommending improvements, and ensuring the seamless operation of sophisticated manufacturing systems from a remote standpoint. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization in remote manufacturing operations.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing production software and systems, recommending upgrades or new solutions to enhance performance.
• Collaborate closely with on-site production teams, engineers, and management via virtual communication channels to understand operational needs and challenges.
• Document system requirements, process flows, and analytical findings clearly and concisely.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements, automation opportunities, and strategic decision-making to enhance remote production capabilities.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology and data analytics.
• Assist in the implementation and testing of new production systems and software.
• Ensure data integrity and security across all analyzed systems and reports.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in production analysis, systems analysis, or a similar role within the manufacturing sector.
• Proven experience with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production workflows, and shop floor systems (e.g., MES, ERP).
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information effectively to a remote team.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms and remote collaboration tools is essential.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.
